DxTex

The DirectX SDK utility “dxtex” is useful and lightweight, but has two major drawbacks: it has issues with file opening on Windows 7 and force the alpha channel to blend-in with a background color. I modified the sources to fix the opening issues and to have a better alpha channel management. The archive contains the executable and the modified sources. Download.
